Gray/white/red wool glove (left hand) - half fingers with mitten flap - lost at Daley Plaza near blue line entrance around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday 1/31. I’d be grateful to get it back.
This industrial strength glove was found by Green and Randolph in West Loop outside of the chicken factory yesterday around 1.08pm. When I say industrial strength, I mean it. Not only has it survived being run over; but it must be willing to withstand thousands of chickens pecking at it before they are read their last rights and prepared for their final purposes as a dish of Chicken Milanese, Chicken Paillard, or perhaps a lovely Chicken Divan. Obviously there is a high cost to these gloves or the employee ID # would not be etched in it, it is 08675309. The man in the photo is not lost (despite looking so), please do not try to claim him, there are other websites for that purpose. Tags: Super Strong, Left Hand, Camo/Yellow
this heart-bedazzled glove is really looking for love! colorful, fun, and unique multicolor glove. this lonely glove was found on the seat of a local west loop bakery, deserted next to a plate of half-eaten blueberry crumb cake. i tried to find the owner to reunite it with its mate, but there was no one around. the shop owner did identify the owner as a regular customer with blonde hair and blue eyes, so i’m hoping they get this message.
Actions speak louder than words? In this case, I believe they speak equally. Found by front door of office, (West Loop 10th Floor). After sending a companywide email (obviously marked urgent!) no one claimed this glove of immense quality. If this glove were white, I would deem it magical without a second thought. Not only was I stupefied by the ability of the glove to write itself a note of despair, but the stitching between each finger is divine. I imagine many sleepless nights were spent once the producer of this glove had to sell it, much like a mother dog watching her litter of pups sold off one by one. This must be what the owner of this glove is feeling as well, not to mention the gloves’ other pair. I’m sure they miss writing each other notes, leaving them in jacket pockets for the other to find. Descriptors: black, magical, sublime stitching, left hand.
Small, left glove found on a northbound red line train departing Belmont at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, February 14. It was sitting with a hat.
the tips of the thumb and the index finger are white.
The thumb and the index finger have a white tip and the palm is made out of fleece
label insides reads “thinsulate insulation 40 gram”
Found, one glove in the middle of the Armitage/Lincoln intersection late Saturday night. Glove is what I would categorize as a large Woman’s glove, or what folks in the golf glove world would call a Men’s Cadet Medium. Glove is leather and slightly textured, but not enough so to be alligator skin. Inside is warm, perhaps shearling or some sort of faux fox fur. This is quite a nice glove actually. Presume the owner is at quite a disadvantage as I see this being used on medium walks during a warm winter, playing Jenga at River Shannon’s, or embarking on an evening holding cold beers and hot mashed potatoes at Stanley’s. Fortunately for the owner, I am more of a mitten person.
Manzela the label inside says woman small, another label reads windstopper.
